Week 8

We are both officially doing very well on Paleo. Wife has lost 15.2lbs and I'm down 9lbs. Which is the most I lost in the last 6 years. I'm only a 1.8 away from my goal! So excited and hoping being on vacation this weekend and then later this week won't throw me off too much. We shall see! Keep on trucking!
