Oh my Paleo

We have been so slacked on Paleo since the beginning of March. It's not that horrible but I'm back to drinking coffee with half & half or whole milk and raw sugar daily. The goal is to give it up again starting Monday April 1. I also haven't gone and lifted in quite some time. But I have started my squat challenge (which I will post what it is here later). I also was finally able to give up rice! (Yayaya-one of the hardest thing I've had to do to date). And yet, we still have visited zpizza (gluten free deliciousness) and had our burgers out and naked. While this isn't all against Paleo, it doesn't help the weight loss aspect. So back to strict paleo! Hoping to finally be my goal weight after all these years!!!!!
