Okay so I'm on day 3 of no rice and go me! I haven't slipped once! I did try some gluten free bread as toast this morning with my breakfast. It was yummy. Except when I read the ingredients--womp womp. Now that's out of the question too. Sticking to the paleo staples from now on.
We are going on vacation this weekend and for a few days next week so Paleo will be a little tougher considering the amount of times we'll have to eat out. Keep you posted!
