This amazing picture is of Against All Grain's famous sandwich bread. Let me tell you, it was quick and easy and I cannot wait to slice into it!!! It took an hour total but was worth it. My plan is to eat it with some butter and jelly. I was asked "how is it different than the Udi's bread we eat?" Well my little readers, I can buy all the ingredients and made it buy hand.
These little suckers are prosciutto frittatas from Nom Nom Paleo. They took maybe 20 minutes and were so filling! I now have more for the rest of the week. I switched out the coconut milk for almond milk and the spinach for red and green bell peppers. I followed the recipe with the 8 eggs and think I will make them with 7 instead in the future. I had just enough prosciutto (half a pound, cut thin) to cover the muffin tin openings and a little to eat while I prepped. I would HIGHLY recommend these little buddies to any of my friends. They are quick and hardy!
