Making the most of cauliflower

Did you know you can make cauliflower rice? Did you know, if done correctly, it can taste better than regular rice?

All you have to do is grate it until fine. I use a food processor (it was my Christmas gift to myself) and use some olive oil then add half a cup of water and cover it to steam over medium heat. I brown some onions while the oil is heating up then add the cauliflower.

It's so amazing. I could eat it all day every day!

You can add chicken or beef sautéed in coconut aminoes to mimic Chinese take out. It's so yummy. I don't miss Chinese food like I use to because I found coconut aminoes and cauliflower rice.


I will make beef, veggies and cauliflower rice for dinner or lunch and it's perfect. It's simple and yummy.

Use what you have but invest in some cauliflower and use a whole head for rice!

I promise it's delicious!!!
